In my channeled healing sessions, we will go into body's wisdom through guided visualization and clear subconscious blocks or explore what is necessary for healing ancestral, childhood, or past life wounding.
I do this gently with a combination of self-connection, sensing, visualization, energy work and often light language.
No session is the same as it is guided by your specific needs.
